On 15th, November 2024, we are offering a half-day sightseeing tour to the center of Vienna. The tour starts at 1pm with pick-up at the Event Hotel Pyramide in Vösendorf and takes you to the center of Vienna via Triester Straße. On a city tour along the splendid Vienna Ringstrasse, you will see the city's magnificent architectural jewels. The Ringstrasse, which runs around the historic center of Vienna with Franz-Josefs-Kai, and its numerous historicist buildings are among the main sights of the Austrian capital. You will see the opera house, the parliament, the town hall, various famous palais, the Burgtheater, Café Schwarzenberg and many more. The Ringstrasse style, a particular expression of historicism, was a style-defining feature of the architecture of the 1860s to 1890s. Today, the entire street is part of the "Historic Centre of Vienna" World Heritage Site.
2pm there will be a stop at the Burgtheater and the famous Café Landtmann and a guided city walk begins via the Volksgarten, the inner courtyard of the Hofburg to the Lipizzaner stables and the Kohlmarkt - Vienna's luxury shopping mile - to Stephansplatz.

We are offering an all-day tour on 16th, November 2024. The tour starts at 9.30am at the Eventhotel Pyramide and leads to Schönbrunn Palace. Schönbrunn Palace in its present form dates back to a residence planned by and for Emperor Joseph I, which Empress Maria Theresa later had converted into a cosy summer residence for her family in the 18th century. During this time, the palace was inhabited almost continuously by a court of several hundred people and became a cultural and political center of the Habsburg Empire. During the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, it was also known as the imperial and royal pleasure palace Schönbrunn. Schönbrunn is the largest palace and one of the most important and most visited cultural assets in Austria. The palace and the 160-hectare park have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. The palace and park are among the main tourist attractions in Vienna. The highlight is a guided tour through "the 20 most beautiful rooms" including the large gallery focussing on Maria Theresa. Afterwards, there is time for a self-guided walk in the park or a visit to the coffee house. After a lunch break, the tour continues through Grinzing via the famous Viennese Höhenstraße to Vienna's Kahlenberg with its breathtaking view of Vienna. The Kahlenberg is a 484 metre high mountain in Vienna's 19th district (Döbling) on the border with Klosterneuburg and the most famous vantage point of Vienna. During the second Turkish siege in 1683, the city was liberated from the relief army from here, which is commemorated by St Joseph's Church. The return to the Eventhotel Pyramide is planned for 4.00 pm.

Each state in Austria has slightly varying rules on how many Heuriger of a town can be open at any given time and for how long in total during the year.
